See how your lending really runs.
Then teach your teams to see it too.

Nabd Practice Lab is the learning and development home of Nabd Analytics: Process Intelligence skills for credit, collections, compliance and data teams — taught on lending data, mapped to the regulation you answer to.

01
The challenge

Banks are not short of data. They are short of people who can read it as a process.

Every application, bureau call, override and collections contact already leaves a timestamped record. The capability gap is not the platform — it is the analysts, engineers and leaders who know what to ask of that evidence, and how to turn the answer into money.

4.39/5Mean confidence that process intelligence can fix the respondent's biggest operational pain point
50%Already extract event logs automatically — the raw material is in place
22.2%Name rework and manual handoff as their top pain point, jointly with compliance friction
38.9%Want an executive process dashboard as their first ninety-day outcome

Why learn here

Fundamentals are free everywhere. Lending practice isn't.

Good introductory process mining courses already exist, and we point to them. The Practice Lab teaches what nobody else does: Process Intelligence applied to lending and collections, conformance against the rules you are supervised on, delivered in Arabic and English, on data where every answer can be checked.

Our principle: foundations stay free. You pay only for lending-specific, regulation-specific, hands-on work.

Show me the money · seven seats

One process. Seven seats at the table.

Lending runs across the executive committee, and every leader asks the same questions from a different angle. Choose a seat to see the problem it lives with, why it matters now, and what we teach that team.

Shared
concern

What does this process really cost us — in money?

Did our policy actually run, case by case?

Who on our own team can prove it?

The Lending Process Intelligence Bootcamp

Two days, one institution, 8–16 participants from credit, operations, compliance and data. Fixed fee, delivered on-site in KSA or online. Teams leave having found real violations, priced real rework, and presented to a mock credit committee.

Day 1

See the process

  1. Why the actual process differs from the designed one; the lending process in KSA
  2. Event logs: what data is needed and where it lives
  3. Lab: process discovery, variants and the happy path
  4. Lab: turnaround time, bottlenecks and rework
  5. Day 1 debrief
Day 2

Prove and improve

  1. Conformance: rules, reference models and alignment fitness
  2. Lab: SAMA checks on the lab dataset — find the violations
  3. Root cause: segment by product, channel, resource and time
  4. Interrogate the process with the AI Advisor, in English and العربية
  5. Team presentations to a mock credit committee

Ten pathologies, hidden on purpose

The Al Raed Bank lab dataset (1,200 retail lending cases) carries ten deliberately embedded faults. Because the answers are known, every exercise has immediate, verifiable feedback.

Al Raed Bank is a synthetic teaching dataset. Rates and figures found in the lab are properties of that dataset, not KSA market benchmarks.

06
The learning environment

Learn on the platform you'll actually use.

Your own sandbox

Each cohort gets its own organisation on the Nabd platform, pre-loaded with lab data. Learners graduate already fluent in the tool.

Open-source track

PM4Py notebooks on the Data Engineer path — principles that travel, not just product training.

Bilingual by default

Arabic and English slides, lab guides and certificates, with right-to-left reports and Hijri dates on request.

Regulation as code

CFR 9.1, 9.3, 5, 11, 16 and AML 14 turned into sequence, timing and presence checks you run yourself.

AI Advisor

Ask the process questions in plain English or Arabic, with answers grounded in the event log in front of you.

Evidence of skill

Level 4 is assessed on an unseen dataset. Completion is recognised with a Certificate of Completion.
